Description

The Orphan

Name: Elenor Rueda
Gender: Female
Nationality: Spanish-American
Realm: Planter's Grove Orphanage
Power: Fabricated Doll
Weapon: Garden Shears

Power: Fabricated Doll - A sentimental, patchwork doll that acts as an alternative method of attack as well as grabbing a survivor; The Fabricated doll channels an imaginary being brought to life through the Entity's power and the Orphan's twisted mind. The conjured Fabrication will briefly take control, and pass through objects such as pallets, walls and other obstacles to attack or grab ahold of survivors.

Background -
Misery was a close friend to Elenor since she started walking; having just settled in America, Elenor and her father were abandoned by her mother. For five years, She and her father had only each-other… it was the happiest she felt despite the hardship. Unfortunately, her father too left her behind after becoming a victim to a robbery gone wrong.

With no other family to take her, Elenor was put into The Planter's Grove Orphanage, a somewhat seedy and decrepit old manor that housed lost souls such as herself.

The Directress, Carol Ohara, was an abusive and cruel woman who forced the orphans to work day in and day out in the textile mills located on the property.

Elenor learned very quickly that she had to rely on only herself, as her fellow foundlings had grown callous and joyless from their toil. She worked hard without a voice, even as her small fingers became thick with blisters.

In her spare moments, she began to fashion a small, patchwork doll out of the leftover textile. Soon, she had her very own secret friend that she could count on, someone who could never leave her or disappoint her. Just having him helped her through the rugged hours in the hot mill.

Through the years, Elenor grew more and more distant; having lost any interest in befriending or even speaking to the others, she confided only in her precious friend. As the months went on, children would go missing, never to be seen again. They would be very sick. Exhausted and malnourished from the long work day just before they vanished. Miss Ohara stated that they had been adopted for being hard workers… but even Elenor could see that was a lie.

Ohara didn't care, there was always unwanted children to replace the 'broken' ones…

4 years later, on a particularly brutal day of stitching, sewing, cutting and pinning cloth. Elenor was sent out to cut the weeds and do the lawnwork. As she bent over the shears, struggling to keep a grip on them, Miss Ohara discovered Elenor's precious friend, just barely sticking out of her work overalls. She snatched him, slapping Elenor in the face, berating her for playing with toys.

She took her precious friend, and tore it in half before Elenor's very eyes.

Elenor had given into the toiling, worthless life within the textile mill, but only because she had her friend to keep her going. As she watched his rags fall to the floor In a heap… something inside her snapped.

With an anguished cry of fury, she dove foreword, sending the long, thick blades of the shears into Carol Ohara's abdomen.

Carol collapsed, screaming in pain, as Elenor sawed the blades in and out, eviscerating her. Elenor drove the shears into Ohara's face and chest again and again.

It took only till the next day for police to arrive on the scene, several of the children had escaped the forsaken grounds and walked all the way to town to get them.
The sight that met them was one of inhumane brutality; The other caregivers were all found in various states of evisceration, the maid was even missing her head.
All the children were accounted for, save for Elenor, who had disappeared sometime in the night. The police didn't believe the other children when they tried to explain what happened, refusing to grasp that a nine year old girl could kill seven, fully grown adults on her own.

I'm prolly gonna come back and re-write this when I'm not exhausted XD
This is my own Dead By Daylight Killer design~
I wanted to think of how to make a child a killer, I definitely feel like I could flesh her story out some more, so that'll need some working on.
Inspirations for this killer came from Bobby Barrows from "Clock tower", the movie "El Orfanato", "Child's Play", and the video game masterpiece, "Rule of Rose."

Her ability is literally summoning a manifestation of her imaginary friend through the patchwork doll. I'll draw what that entails soon.
I feel like her lunge would be super small, but her speed makes up for it along with her "Fabricated Doll's" Ability to move through things to injure/grab survivors.

Appearence: Aimee is a young woman with light skin and strawberry blonde hair tied neatly in a high bun. She wears a simple sky blue ballerina length skirt with a white long sleeved laced blouse with a light brown corset tied around her waist and wears a pair of light brown boots. There are dirt smudges on her clothes and face and her skirt is a bit torn around the ends. She has emerald green eyes and has a very gentle face. She is also average height.

Story: Aimee was born into a wealthy family with many younger brothers and sisters. Since her parents were always busy, Aimee would often take care of them. Because of this, she began to love working with children and knew that she wanted to work with them when she got older. When she turned 23, her father told her about an orphanage in the town over was looking for a new caretaker. That very day, Aimee packed her belongings, kissed her siblings and parents goodbye and set off. After getting hired by the Directress, Carol Ohara, Aimee quickly took notice of the maltreatment the orphanage was putting the poor orphans through. Whenever Aimee brought this up to Carol or the other caretakers, she would be brushed aside or worse be slapped across the face. With no other choice and not wanting to abadon the children, she held her tongue, kept her head held high and began to do all she could to help the orphans behind the staff’s backs. She would sneak them whatever bits of food she stole from the kitchen and tended to their injuries with what little medical supplies she could get. Even with the love and warmth she shared, it didn’t stop the disappearances of the more malnourished kids. Eventually, she couldn’t hold it in any longer and decided that she needed to tell her younger brother, a detective, about her suspicions. Under the cover of darkness, she tucked all the children into bed and promised them that she would return. She took the fastest train back home but nothing could prepare her for what happened next. The day after she left, she came back to the orphanage with her brother only to find police investigating the horrific massacre that had occurred the day before and the disappearance of one of the girls whom always kept her distance from Aimee. She also found out what happened to the missing orphans and learned that Carol was planning on disposing of her as well. With Carol gone, the orphanage was up for sale. Her father then bought the orphanage and the textile factories on the property and gave it to her making Aimee the new directress of Planter’s Grove orphanage. For two years, she worked hard to take proper care of every orphan there and made sure they were well fed and healthy. Using the money made from the cloth they made, she would give the orphans healthier food and better clothing. Even her younger sisters came to work at the orphanage along with her other little brother who was a doctor and helped tend to any injuries the children sustained. The children all began to love her and even called her mother. But even all this prosperity couldn’t drown out the feelings of guilt for not saving the other children and the feeling of something or someone watching her. One night, as Aimee was walking around outside the orphanage, making sure no little troublemakers had snuck out past bedtime, a thick ominous fog suddenly appeared. With her oil lantern being her only source of light, she tried to make her way back to the main building when she heard a giggle of a little girl. Even though she had never heard her giggle before, Aimee could sense that it had came from the missing girl who the children said was the culprit behind the massacre two years ago, something that she still didn’t quite believe. Following the pitter patter of the little girl’s footsteps and giggles, Aimee wandered deeper and deeper into the fog until she stumbled upon a campfire with people in clothing she had never seen before huddled around it.

She was reported missing the next evening…
